We offer standard shipping to Puerto Rico and the United States. Orders are processed within 4 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate notification. Shipping costs will be calculated, and displayed at checkout. 

Pre-order items are excluded from the processing time of 4 to 6 business days. Pre-order items are shipped once we have them available. If your order contains multiple items, including a pre-order item, all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item becomes available. If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions. 

In cases where an incorrect address has been provided, and additional costs are incurred to correct it, we will send you an invoice to cover these expenses. The invoice will include the necessary charges related to the address correction.Upon identification, our team will reach out to you via the contact information provided during the order process. An invoice detailing the additional costs incurred will be sent to you via e-mail. Your order will be processed and shipped only after the additional costs have been covered. Timely payment of the invoice will help prevent any delays in the delivery of your items.
